Just need to see what we're doing for the little ones b'day. The actual day is the day after Christmas but we usually wait until after the holidays to have a party so we can actually get people to show up lol.

Yeah, I'd say make the swap optional for everyone so no one feels obligated.
One ish sounds good since I know we don't normally get home until around 5 am from work lol.

Another thought on the swap that the Subaru community does from time to time, random used car parts? Grab whatever extra leftover widget, wrap it up and swap away. Can be pretty hilarious sometimes.
