Here are some pics of work being done.
Today was stripping the car. Pulled all the wiring out from under the hood. Will not be going back in since the car will be wired so no wires are seen and a painless fuse block will be in the car.
We also installed the manual rack.

Build plan is
427 ci resleeved LS2 From Virginia Speed
TEA/TFS 235cc 6 bolt heads with upgraded exhaust valves and springs
Precission 88mm X275 legal turbo
Truck manifolds
T-400 tranny built by RPM with transbrake ect
Yank PT3400 converter
Midwest 9", in the car but will be upgraded to a spool and 40 spline axles
Strange brakes all around
non- power master cylinder
fuel tank from Nasty Performance
80-120lb injectors
Meth injection
Super Victor intake with 90mm TB setup. (105mm was too touchy)

SYA bars and front motor plate from Madman

Wheels TBD with 28" Hoosers

going with any kind of sound dampening inside or just going to make sure the earplugs are in before the helmet goes on? lol

With a Turbo the exhaust won't be that loud. It will get a nice, light carpet.

I'd like to get the car to 3000-3100lbs.

Ya know after having to replace my ps pump for the 3rd time in 3yrs a manual rack is sounding real good.

A little spray bomb underneath now that it is all washed up.

Nice! What manual rack is it? I did under the tank when i had it out. One of these days i will paint the rest lol

Got the rack setup from BMR. Just waiting on the manual brake setup to get something done.. Close to getting the brakes, dual caliper rear/4 piston front.

Will have some more pics soon. We cut out the radiator bars and setup the motor plate setup.This let us cut out the motor mount stands.Alot of room for a downpipe now.

Don't know yet. Right now just measuring.Will mock up some turbo stuff this week.

Also working on getting the suspension/brakes ordered up.

Got me. I'm working on which stock manifold I'm going to use now. So far looks like 1 truck and 1 GTO manifold.

When done I'm figuring 8's will be very easy to run.

No prob man. He was in gm high tech with his white formula drag radial car. I think its built to be the first one to run 6s possibly. Wasn't sure how race you were going? air to water intercooler inn the passenger compartment?

front mount cooler with methenol. Some X275 car are easy $150k builds. Mines for fun.

yeah man those things look like Very well made pieces!! can you just drop the 8 bolkts on the plates and hoist out the motor. or do you have to pull them off first?

I'm at a stand still again. Need parts. So far I spent minimum. Now I have to start ordering all the money stuff. WAAAAAAAAAAAA
