The kid did work for me for a bit. He's selling as his experience and his major selling is tuning which he never touched here. His builds were questionable enough. I had to hang over his shoulder all the time.

I'd be calling them asap!

Most of those pics are not his work. I use to yell at him all the time to stop taking pics of everything that came in the door.

he just sent me a message, his name is michael jacobson

"The pictures you ask about are cars that I built while I worked at his shop. I will not tolerate impolite behavior on my page. Thank you."

i replied with "well unfortunatly for you i dont think you misrepresenting that work for your own is going to tolerated, good luck!"

He was a shit bum. Thats all he did was take fucking pictures.

Don if I were you I'd tell everyone to stop harassing him and just call a lawyer. If don has a lawyer send him a Letter and we all keep lighting him up we might hurt his chances of fucking this kid over.

It is ridiculous I agree and having the temper that I do have it'd be hard if it were me not to go there with a bat ad ruin the kids shop but I think if you take care of it the proper way hell be shut down in no time.

Don, I'd get in touch with a lawyer asap, he's using images that aren't his, nor did he ever obtain permission to use. Very bad thing for him to have done that. Just the copyright infringement alone carries a heavy penalty.

Hiring an attorney can be wicked expensive and averages $200 to $300 per hour. For $300 an hour they will listen to your problems all day long. The end result usually ends up being that the only people to make out great are the attorneys. If Don has a friend or family friend willing to help out, that would be a different story.

Don might want to find a boilerplate on-line that discusses copyright infringement and then send it to the alleged douche and say that if certain pictures are not removed within a specified time period an attorney will be retained. All correspondence should be documented preparing for a possible court case.
