Cape Cod car show. Saturday, August 2nd.
 

Show is August 2nd. Town of Sandwich is putting on this car show. Love to see some F body there. The entry fee is $15.00 and all proceeds go to the Wounded Warrior Progect (awesome cause). Will be live music, kids events and all makes of cars (classic muscle to exotics) bikes too.

Would be awesome for us to show up in force. Maybe we could hit the beach for a cookout after the show, I'll supply the burgers and dogs.

Hmm that's my birthday. I may have to cruise down there for a bit.

I might try to make it too.

Jim, It might be too late for this, but what are the odds of finding a rental near a beach that I can easily get a truck & trailer in and out of?

I'd trailer the white Camaro there since there is no way I could fit all my wife's luggage in the car.

It would be fun to get everyone together down the Cape this year. I know we tried last year but it fizzled out. This year there is a car show and a beach cruise to look forward too.

Update....due to family commitments, I can only go the day of the show. I just need a place to park the truck and trailer.

I'm meeting up with Kalstar at his house Saturday morning, August 2nd.

It would be a great meet. Cruise, then car show and finish off with food on the beach. I have a truck and offroad permit so I can cart everyone over sand down to the neck if that sounds interesting. Or maybe a boat trip. Put someone on the tube and cruise them around the bay as shark bait.

I won't be able to make this. I work saturday's and it's the beginning of the month which is my busy time. I wouldn't be able to get out of work till at least 1 and with the cape traffic it would be almost an hour and a half ride which means I would get there when it was over. The end. Lol

Does this mean people with newer cars couldn't participate in the show on Saturday?

Good catch, but truthfully I do not think it matters as you are coming as my guests. I am helping out put the show together. Which day works better for everyone?

Wish I could, going to my grandparents 60th anniversary party Sunday.

That'll be on of my first weekends back from training. and I'll be spending it with family and friends. Love the cause the money is going to though. Have fun everyone! Besides, my motor isnt even in yet. =(

I'm helping my friend do a whole bunch of bolt-ons on his ms6. If it doesn't work out I'll be down there.
