OK So i called Ahead..... told em my valve stem was bad ans i just wanted 2 new rear tires while i was there. Simple enough right?

Sweet so i get there and we crunch some numbers and about 3:30 i pay for the tires and service i want. they tell me abouttttt 60-90 minutes and you'll be out of here man Cool? i sed Hell yeah then i can swing by five Guys get some food and be back to work before 6 Perfect!


SO MOTHER FUCKER!!!!! 5:30 Comes Along..... YEAH my truck is STILLLLLLL Sitting in the parking lot UNTOUCHED!!!! i tell the guy hey man i have 10 MINUTES to get to work You sed 90 minutes TOPS! if you had sed anylonger id have gone somewere else. He's like well its gunna take longer to get it done then 10 minutes. OK fine give me my money back im the FUCKKKKK out of here.

were they busy? two tires? that takes literally like 30 min tops to do, if it was our shop (sullivan in plaistow) my boss would of told u we would have it done in 15 min and put two guys on it and have em bang it out.

what size tires u need, i might be able to get u two in fair shape for free from work

it wasnt even that. i can do it myself for fuck sake at AXP. its a bad leak and if i Just had the time id have done it. But again stuck at work. this shit is ridiculous. im calling corporate Town Fair. that place Sucks!!! Most town fair tires are good but these fucks at this location ARE FUCKING LAZY!!!!! took one guy and hour and a half to do 4 tires and an alignment on an 2010 F-250 Seriosuly???? HOW OFF Was the alignment??? OR were you milking it??? really. i could have done that job in about 45 minutes pull in to pull out these kids are unbelievableeeee

for a f-250 eh an hour and a half is a lil longer but it isnt like outrageous i'd say it would take me an hour maybe a lil less... since its brand new u usally r extra careful with things u kno what i mean?

i take tires to my buds shop
use tire machine to mount em then balance em and throw em back on 1/2 hr.
sure is nice to know people.
and since i do the work myself it only cost a 12 pack.

i know right. i love working at sullivan, free alignments, free tire installs, balences, acess to lifts, tranny fluid, oil changes,the whole nine yards

Ive never had a problem with Town Fair. I bought my wheels there and all my tires are from there. My boy Dan is the service manager at the one in Waterbury and they take rediculously good care of my car while its there. Other than that every other Town Fair Ive ever gone too I stand there at the bay door and wait and watch. Usually does the trick.

yeah thats the problem with town fair tire. they get a bad rap because it a franchise NOT a Chain. and they hire FUCK TARDS at one of them and the one down the street the guys are great! its NOT Town Fair as a company At All!!! ITS JUST THIS FUCKING LOCATION SUCKS!!!!! and hence why i sed WALPOLE Not Town Fair as a company. ive known alot of good guys in the one in fairhaven and didnt think anything of it wen i went here. feels like a bad auto zone to me! hahaha

shoes and shirts are a little different then a car getting fixed by some one else. a car that i currently have $15K into and it will only go up. If someone is nervous cuz im watching hes not a very good technician and shouldnt be working on my car at all. i actually liked it wen people would come out and watch me. id talk to them as i worked. actually made my day better and less mundane

ima just say this, i use to love to watch tech's work on my car b4 i started to do work myself. now i got the job at sullivan and i have had some pretty big assholes stand outside the bay while i work on there cars and talk my ear off or give me so much shit it isn't even funny. i dont mind if the person is cool and dosent get in ur way or dosent talk my ear off but having a person like that is a rarity. i understand being curious and just wanna watch but I HATE WHEN U GET CRITIQUED OR CRITIZIED OR IF THE FUCKIN ASSHOLE WILL JUST NOT SHUT HIS MOUTH.... from now on if my car is ever at a shop(which is rare) my mannerizms have changed sooo much

wish i watched them when they did my car cause i wouldnt have this damn headache fighting with them for a check now!!! assholes. Figures the one time i dont pay attention my car got fucked up... I should have known when i saw the idiot that took the car out back lol
