I got owned tonight
 

My girlfriend slammed my head with the hatch of her moms suv. I was going to get a sweatshirt out of it and as i leaned forward to get it and as she walked by the back of the car slammed down the hatch and knocked me the f**k out i was dizzy for like an hour prob got another concussion but its alright just a bigass bump on my head now pretty sweet but i still love her and my LT1 <3

always heard after having a severe concussion it could be dangerous cause of brain swelling and can cause someone to go into a coma if the trauma is bad enough...but if it happened awhile ago and ur ok u should be good. o and if u got knocked out and u were dizzy for an hr u def have a concussion too lol

Because if the concussion is severe enough you wont wake up man.

^^ like they said .... take it from a guy whos had a few too many hits to the head, stay awake at least until some of the swelling goes down, or until you no longer feel dizzy or faint.

if you do go to sleep, (and manage to wake up) and if you still feel dizzy take your ass in for a Dr. visit make sure theres no bleeding on the brain. (shits more serious than you think).
