Clear corners won't pass inspection WTF?!?!?!?

Just went to get a sticker today and the guy said clear corners won't pass, even with amber bulbs. It has to have a yellow reflector. Give me a fuckin break. And the car passed last year like that, at the same place, and the same guy!!! I'm gonna try a different place. I'm pretty sure there are cars that don't have yellow housings even from the factory. Who thinks up all this dumb shit? I could see if they lit up white or red or blue or some shit, but they're fuckin yellow!!!

i had a guy give me a hard time with that a few years ago...he was like "i could fail u for those" he didnt tho cause he couldnt lol. i knew quite a few people that did stickers at that time and they all told me as long as you have amber bulbs its legal. Dont know if the law has changed but what a dumbass thing to fail u for.

if the lens has the dot approved lifted writing on it they can't fail you as long as the bulb is amber if there is no dot marking they can fail them anytime they want

Yeah they've been getting tougher lately.

It helps to find a friendly station and tip well ;)
