If you're having heat soak issues then yes. Other than that NO

mine does do this. also my volt meter will drop below 13 when its idling and the motor is hot. i checked it with my multimeter and its showing 13.5 volts at the battery and alternator. I went to advance and had them check it the report said alt good 14.01 no load 13.69 load, starter test normal and bat tested out good but a little low on charge. i did store it with a trickle charger on all winter. kind of at a loss right now.

yeah my volt meter in my car does the same. but i dont have an issue starting the car. you cant trust the factory volt gauge. the way its wired sucks!

thanks pizza I was wondering if the guage might be suspect. i am going to change out my cables when I get them maybe that will help. I still might get the blanket for shits and giggles

pretty much all of the gauges sucks escpecially the fuel gauge. Idk why but for some reason the fuel gauge in my TA is wayyyy more sensitive than the one in my v6...sorry that was random
