Marco is pushing for a 275 radial class at NED thoughts?
 

marco who was apart of nefbody.org i dn if he signed up here or not is trying to push for a 275 heads up radial class at NED he needs more support. what do you all think of a class like this at NED? it is big in the southern tracks like atco and englishtown. i personally think its exciting as hell and i love to see these guys push real radial tires to the test!

I think it would be a good time but why not a 10.5 radial class that is much more common and allows for a larger group

It would be cool to watch but I couldn't be competitive in it.

Could be a good class, but unless you have a lot of money/time into your suspension a 275 tire is hard to compete on.. IMO

it would be 1/8th mile racing

it would be cool. i wont be competitive in it like john sed ill need way more tire then that. so on that note truly how many people would be racing this class every weekend?

sounds like a good low power(sub 500 rwhp) automatic class for guys that are able to hook on the tires

from what i read on the tech to be competitive you would have to do 5's in the 8th and low 8's in the 1/4.....

dam thats nuts never mind i ya when it takes that sort of cash i dont see the purpose. we need more classes for the entry level guys so we can get some new blood in he sport.

yea this is def big boy racing lol nasty setups hookin and bookin on 275 drag radials. i feel like the class at NED would be around 5.50's to 6.00's to be competitive the big boys down south go low 5's. i guess for 2010 they are saying it will be only a 3 race series to introduce it to NED

for us this is definetly a spectator class lol
