no it's a very steep road and it wasn't prepared for ice. it also bends with a blind spot so it was just a matter of time that it would happen the average speed of that part of those in the accident was no more than 30mph.

Wow that was the same time I mass forwarded a chain mail christmas text message, maybe it spread violently fast and everyone was checking their phones at once and crashed?
