Buying a house, so I'm selling the car

Hey guys, I am selling the car, reluctantly, but it's for the greater good. Looking to buy a house here in the very near future and it'll help with all the associated costs of home ownership. Not looking to haggle about price so I'm firm on the asking price of $4000. Does need some minor cosmetic work so that's why I'm not asking more than what I could probably get for the car. I bought the car last year with 97k on it and have driven it daily since. Oil has been changed with Mobil1 synthetic every 5k and air filter has been done every other oil change. Have recently done front and rear pads (ceramic), front right caliper, right rear o2 sensor, fuel pump relay wired in by Don, AC Delco 41-110 plugs done in April 2012.

About the car:
1999 Camaro Z28 LS1 6 speed, artic white exterior, white leather interior (original - needs to be reupholstered), t-tops that don't leak, ~128k

Go faster Mods:
SLP lid and smooth bellows
Flowmaster exhaust
Pacesetter emissions correct lt headers
CAGS eliminated
NOS dry kit with 10# bottle(empty and never used by me) and purge solenoid at cowl
TB coolant bypass

Appearance mods:
LT1 tail lights
Franker rear vinyl fill-ins
full y3f spoiler package (was missing fronts but have purchased oem pieces)
Fiberglass SS hood with plasti-dip Manta (clear is peeling on hood will need to be repainted)
Hurst leather "H" shifter
Depo smoked front turn signal and rear markers
Kenwood excelon cd/mp3/sirius-XM/ipod control headunit
2x JL Audio amps (500x1 and 300x4) to power the system with MB Quartz speakers
10" JL Audio stealthbox sub
Compustar Remote start alarm system with 2way remote and shock sensor
2 sets of rims (Winter set of salad shooters with hankook and general articmax and Summer set (oem chrome 5 stars that need new rubber))

Dash pad is cracked in several places, thanks to JN Phillips who denied all responsibility so that will need to be replaced.

Will also toss in whatever extra parts I have. Lingenfelter aluminum LS1 intake/oem taillights/oem turn signals and rear markers, wings west chin spoiler.

There is probably more that I'm forgetting and will update as I remember it. Quickest way is to contact me via phone, 774-644-4021, either text or call anytime after 5pm weekdays. Or email me, chadmc76@gmail.com.

Sucks to hear your selling the car but a good deal for someone, wish I had the money lol

Damn, chad. If I had the cash I'd probably snag this but it sucks to see it go. Maybe you'll get into another Fbody in the future

Plan is to find a first gen and make a project of it for me and my daughter. Looking to sell it quick because its going toward the house. Can always find another car and if I stay in Worcester much longer I am gonna freak lol.

Good luck with the sale and the house! It's tough with a first-gen and I honestly believe that 99% of the projects started don't get finished due to either time or money or a combination of both.

Wife, kids, and everything associated has to come first though. Best wishes and best of luck!!!

Thanks, David. My wife definitely understands and knew about me wrenching on cars way before we even got serious about dating. Would make a great project for myself and my daughter to work on. And I would be looking to buy one of those projects myself when the time is right. If it takes me 10+ years, then so be it, my little one won't be able to drive for at least that long anyways :)

If it's still for sale and if the price dropped a bit, let me know. I've saved up some $$.
