Fellas that've rebuild LT1s: gasket Q

What gasket kit do yall use? I'm trying to replace my rear main when I put my converter in, and was thinking it might be a good idea to just get a whole gasket kit if the rear main seal is included in said kit. I would just save the gaskets for next spring when I rebuild my engine.

I am sure Felpro makes a whole kit. Never done a lt1. I just bought all new GM gaskets from Texas-Speed. They sell GM Lt1 gaskets too.

Looks it. It's pretty wet around the dust shield And bottom of the trans. I always thought it was the rear of the intake manifold but the top of the trans is clean

I used the felpro kit when I did mine.

I always use felpro or cometic gaskets personally. If I have to make my own I use the Victor Reinz papers.

you should get an input shaft seal for the trans
