2 questions!!

First, my car is a 01Z, it did not come with factory foglights, can i and should i put foglights in the car? would it be a pain in the ass? What would be required? Second, What would be the benefit of me doing a 12bolt as compared to a 9inch, im doing a rear end over the winter, just want to know what i should do? Pro's and con's to each rear end, i daily drive the car in summer, it will sit in winter, its gonna get a cam, lifters, retainers, ported stock TB, 100shot and full edit this winter, and the rear end, just want to know what rear end would be better for my future setup. Thanks guys!

Fog lights wouldn't be hard but you'd probably have to take the bumper off. The way I've always known is that 9 inch = M6 and 12 bolt = A4. Could be wrong tho

Yes you can add them. i have a foglight switch and a pair of foglights/brackets.

12 bolt is lighter than a 9" and supposedly more efficient.

I got a 12 bolt cheap :)

thanks joe!! how much for them? and how much for the 12bolt? will it bolt right into my car? my rear end is fine no howling leaking seeping nothing just want to do the 12bolt swap! What gears are in the 12bolt also?

For a auto you cant really go wrong with either rear. I do know there are issues with I believe the Moser 12 bolts tq arm mounting bolts. The factory 10bolt and 9 inch use the 2 long thru bolts to mount the tq arm to the rear. The 12 uses 4 small screw in style bolts that have a tendency of backing out. See the link

It has 4:11's and a spool is a 4channel. I have brand new 4:11's and install kit to go with it also. Bottom dollar 1100$

I believe his car is 3 channel, No traction control right Steve?
