Yeah I'd pull the ported MAF off and sell it, you won't need a new MAF until you get well into changing internals or forced induction and if you do get one get the 5 wire screened MAF off the LS6/Truck. You can actually damage an engine with a ported MAF if the car isn't tuned for it, like Don said it jacks up all your fuel tables which can lead to detonation, and you don't want to be there. I just hope the light flywheel doesn't cause you too much aggravation in every day driving.
