wath the video. The second vid of the the full 6 minutes of the cop following them. Its not like they didnt know he was back there and still took off like assholes. And then once he pulls up behind them and tells the guy to put his hands up he looks back at him kinda weird and then goes to turn around. In the heat of the moment and seeing as how one of the bikers tried to take off I can see why the cop was on edge. He def should have given the command for hands up a few more times but the way the biker looked back at the cop and then looked foward again and the body language he was using I can see why the cop thought he was armed.
