No thats not end of story. There is the heat of the moment going on there. Did he pull the trigger too quickly? yes. But the body language of the biker was giving of that vibe of "Im hiding something". The cop has to react to preserve his safety. Im not saying he didnt pull the trigger too quickly but Im also not saying he was wrong in the situation.
