E85 will eat up most rubber lines, it will also require bigger than stock lines, and most likely a bigger pump. E85 has similar charachteristics to runnning alky. You need more volume because its burns 30% quicker. E85 will also hurt o2 sensors if I'm not mistaken.
Would need a retune and mor fuel volume but thats about it really.
