Oh i dont have any buddies running them, just reviews i read on discount tire. They were refering to the street tire. Im not going to be launching hard enough to cut 1.6s even with a tire that can handle it. I cut a 1.8 on the 555s in the camaro and that was the best. consistantly was 1.9-2.0. The idea is to get it running a 9" and that wont be til next season (probably end of) anyway in which case ill be due for a DR/slick upgrade. Keeping what youve said in mind they still sound like the route i want to go, glad to hear something positive about them from someone i know.
