sounds like your only running off the intermediate jets. and the idle orifices are plugged. or maybe just one of them. the will only be on the primary side and they are not jetted. i bet a small piece of shit is stuck in there preventing the flow to the venturi?? just a thought. ive fucked around with holleys back in my younger days. and wen they wouldnt idle thats what it was. just a small piece of crap in the hole.
