IMO teflon will hold up a lot better than that line in the kits, or any other fuel rated hose will do. Well worth the extra $ to spend on it. With a thick enough wall, there won't be any flex in it either. We use teflon tubing a lot in some of the systems we have at work and if I ever need to replace mine, that's where I'll be grabbing some extra stock from.
