pretty sure there was more miles on that truck then my s10 when i sold it lol...
but on topic...2003 and up gm trucks dont have the rust issues like the 99-02 trucks did. you can get a 4x4 5.3 2003-2005 pretty cheap now and they hold up really well. my buddy has a 03 with 150k on it and has not had to do a thing to it yet
