I have to get a body eraser and finish taking the rest of the adhesive off the doors. Gonna take the rest of the moldings off too. Truck runs great otherwise! Here's the money.. He jumped back in his venture van with a squealing PS pump and took off... I went to autozone and started getting supplies. I found blunt wraps and cigar guts in the ash tray.. lol.. That explains a lot..

The ticking doesn't get quieter once warmed up. Gonna finish flushing the engine a couple times, pull the pass Valve cover and check rocker trunions, and after that If it's not quieter I'm going to drop the oil pan, check the pan for crumbs and clean the pickup. If it's still knocking, I'm going to do a ported oil pump, thicker pickup tube O-ring and LS7 OEM replacement lifters.
