All totaled up it's a fully height adjustable coil over setup with 12 way adjustable shocks for $30 more than what you linked. I'd go this route if I were to spend that kind of money.

But, as far as my shocks go I honestly have no idea how old they are. They were on the car when I got it. They look ok and still ride just fine though so I'm not too worried there.

I'm not saying that what you guys are saying isn't the best way, of course it is. And for a couple of my other projects I'd spend the money no hesitation. But, this is a car I got a too good to pass up deal on that I'm trying to see how far I can get for how little so yeah, I'm being a cheapskate. In the end, I'm a firebird guy who refuses to spend a lot of money on a Camaro when I still have a couple of my firebird projects waiting for my attention lol
