lifters, rockers, heads with work, intake and valley cover as a set With the heads. camshaft. timing chain. water pump(?). oil pump. exhaust manifolds. crankshaft(24x) after a rebalance. i THINK the connecting rods as well. as trhe LS2 is only bored bigger then the LS1. same crank stroke. im sure the list goes on. thats all off the top of my head.

so pretty much it all except the pistons.

T e heads will have to worked to fit the smaller bore properly. You'd be better off getting 3.8 bore heads like trick flows or ported 5.3's but yeah its doable.

Atleast have the exhaust side done they flow like crap. Intake is great. Or you'll have to get a radically staggered cam. Like 218/238 or bigger. Just to have it run right.
