Any idea?
Why my low coolant lights up in the early morning (after sitting all night at colt temperatures), then after it warms up, shut the car down and restart and the light is off. Obviously when the coolant temp is cold it comes on and after its warm it goes away. I have plenty of coolant and stuck a brand new coolant sensor in the car last Arpil when I bought it. Anyone have an idea why before I get under there because I have ocd and the light can't be coming on like that its not cool at all thanks.

The low coolant lights are a pita. They always go on. You could have a coolant leak also. When the car is cold the coolant level may go down enough to set the light off and when it warms up the coolant goes back to it's normal level.

It could just be a bad sensor.

the sensor needs to be cleaned they usually get a buildup on the probe that reads the coolant and they act funky. if you need one give me yours and ill put your bad one in my car. i just bypassed mine BUT its there for a plug to seal off the coolant tank on the radiator.

wtf seriously I just put a new sensor in in april and flushed the motor out and put all new coolant how the fuckkkk. Brand new radiator, coolant, sensor. I dont get it!

Yeah new GM one from Commonwealth Chevrolet. I don't buy parts for my car off ebay lol.
