Is that the intermediate pipe? If there's just one bad spot have an exhaust shop cut it out and weld in some new pipe. If the whole I pipe is rotting just replace it. You'll just have to cut the old flange bolts off with an angle grinder. Is there a cat or an O2 sensor in that section?

buy a new pipe they are cheap enough to get and easy enough to put in.

Here's the problem the flange to change it out was cut and welded at some point so it would have to be cut and welded or I would had to drop the whole thing from header to tip. I'm going to need a welder. I can bring it to any exhaust shop and get it done id just rather give someone here the business first.

It would be easy if the flange wasn't cut and welded on haha still haven't had a chance to go get it fixed yet.
