htr+ sumi's are a great tire. the new htr (uhp) are trash.

i get wholesale prices at townfair & free mounting and balancing.
one thing ive noticed with tire places is most wont mount and balance tires that werent bought from them, if you know someone cool if not it can be a pain in the ass. also add about 15 per tire for m&b.

sears will mount anyones tires. its 8 per tire to mount and there cheapest balance is 11. BUT if you "say" you got them from tire rack. they roll mount and balance together like the rack does for 15 bux.

Yup, and NTB also is like $15 per tire mounted, balanced, new stems and tire disposal as well. Just make sure you take pics of the rims, and get the manager to also visually inspect rims with you before AND after for any possible damage.
