yep.
18 years of neglect that I'm trying to straighten out in 5 months, before Alex starts school in Sept. There are a lot of whopper problems that need to be fixed and if "the devil is in the details" I'd like to get some of the major issues out of the way. After the roof, almost every window and door will need to be being replaced due to being rotted. You can't see it from the far away pic, but close up....the frames are rotted.
