I dunno if its up to date, but the mass dot website said 96 and newer get testing, which would be ALL obd2 cars, and nothing about being exempt after 15 years. I didnt look overly hard, and not that i still care, but knowing the law would be nice in the future haha. I might not be sober tho and it is late...
