/this is the 1st one I've seen fail so I would have a few questions.

1- was it used with a new slave cylinder setup?
2- Rear main seal leaking oil onto the clutch?
3- new pilot bearing installed, the correct way?
4- how far off the floor was the clutch engaging?
5- was the measurement made for free play from the slave bearing to the clutch fingers? If so, how much clearance?

Anything could happen but we run them in alot more powerfull cars on slicks spraying out of the hole with no failures to date. They will take care of the clutch.
