did you try pulling the ECM open and making sure its not full of moisture. Number one cause of Jeep running issues If the TPS isnt doing it. wiggle the middle connector. if it starts idle surging or stalls or runs noticeably different it needs an ECU.

Nope, haven't tried that yet. No one else has mentioned that
Next time I'm picking away at it I'll look though thank you.
