Default NY international auto show pics

Yup, was bored Monday night so we shot out to ny for the auto show for a few hours.
Always been dying to go check out one of the big ones. Glad we did. I'll probably set aside more time next year to look around some more the place is freakin huge!
And yes, it has us seriously contemplating selling off a couple things and taking on a new car payment lol.
Anyhow, on to pics
CTS-V race car. Looks wicked I person:

New ZL1 Camaro. Looks really nice. According to the rep on hand they are supposed to be coming out in the 50k range. If that's true it's seriously tempting:

Engine bay shot:

And the new Camaro convertible. Orange ss model with orange seats. Gorgeous car. She fell in love and she hates verts lol. In all honesty this is the one that has us really contemplating. If anyone's interested I'll straighten out any issues it has and sell the 95 z for $6500 lol.
Car had a crowd around it so not the best pic but here it is:

Here was one of my highlights of the show. A LIFE SIZE bumblebee!!! Lol

And I was impressed, the movie car in front of the robot version had bald tires from burning out

Slp hood for the new 5th gen:

And now for the odd stuff.
The future of transportation? At least how they advertised it lol. Called the EN-V. Kinda like an overgrown Segway

Disco ball smart car anyone?

New charger. They had a fast five edition. Whole car was matte black. Fast five badges on the fenders and fast five logos on the seats. Looked pretty cool if you ditch the logos lol:

I absolutely LOVE the new charger tail light! Almost makes me want a charger.

I'm just gonna come right out and say it, if Lexus and pure sex had a love child this car would be it:

Scion concept car. Looked pretty cool for a scion

Neat brakes on it. Rotor bolted to the wheel and the caliper was fixed to the hub:

Gull wing Mercedes. Our ten year old liked it and asked me how much it cost. Went to check the sticker but no price. Gave her a life lesson by explaining the whole "if you have to ask, you can't afford it" philosophy lol.

And last one for now, times square all lit up with a big flashing Chevrolet sign

The lfa has to be one of the ugliest cars EVER built! It looks like a 2000 celica with a nasty ugly body kit. It's definetly NOT worth the $375,000 they are asking for it imo.

Did you happen to see a Chrysler 300 with lots of airbrushed people on it? If so my friends shop did that car.
