Default Brakes

I've had the strangest thing happen to me with my brakes. I went to go move my car so I can replace my tranny mount, when I started the car and went to step on the brakes the peddle went all the way to the floor. So I looked at the master resvoire and the back resvoire was empty. I don't know how empty the the lines are so I put some fluid in and pumped the brakes several times and still had no peddle at all. ( keep in mind the front resvoire was full of fluid.) I had my son come and give me a hand while he pumped the brakes I was looking for any leaks and I didn't find any leaks or air hissing noise. I took the master off the booster and it's perfectly dry. The 2 mysterymysteries are 1 looks like my master went bad or booster and 2nd where did the fluid go?
