Centerfolds car show
Ok, so, we've been having a monthly bike night at work the past couple months and it's been having a decent turn out.
The past few years we've had an annual car show, so, I asked my manager last night when we were doing it this year. He told me we are not going to bother for a lot of various reasons, mainly it wasn't cost effective enough. So, long story short, I offered to take it over. He's game as long as it doesn't wind up costing the club thousands like the last couple have. Basically, what I'm wondering, is would anyone be interested in helping me run the show when I do it? Looking to do sort of a "Centerfolds 2000 presents, in association with north east f-body" car show. Looking to probably do a once a month sort of cruise in type thing, alternating every othe week with the bike night. So, bike night, week off, car night, week off, bike night, etc... Basically, just lookig for help parking and general mundane stuff the day of. In return you'll get in for free, and get to hang out with pretty girls all day. Probably looking to do the first one sometime end of July beginning of august. Any interest in the club getting into this with me or should I ask elsewhere?

Just need to talk to my manager and sort out a few more details.
Either gonna be just a small cruise night type thing on a Tuesday night or a slightly larger and longer Sunday event I'm thinking. I'm leaning more towards the Sunday thing if he wants to charge admission and make a show out of it. Hard to do that if it's only goig to be three hours on a Tuesday night. He just doesn't want it to be a big expense but if it's not going to cost the club anything and I handle most of the staffing I'm pretty sure I can do whatever I want.
