This car is ending up like one those shows on TV that they have a deadline and its coming to the end and it doesn't look hood then all of a sudden its done lol. Coming out great.

I hope so Frank! 5 business days left.

The hood is on, but not final adjusted. Mike is working on putting the windshield in now.

Wow, it's going to be close!
I can just envision 2-3 guys riding in the enclosed trailer on the way to the Nats, installing the final few pieces...

Yep. I'm going to need more ventilation in the trailer so it can act as a spray booth on the way there.

why does the cowl have the strips and the hood doesnt?

The hood is going to be lined up before the stripes go on. Also, the blackout paint on the bottom of the front fenders has to go on (also done after alignment).

Front stripes definitely have to go on:


The car is also supposed to have these options:

A01 tinted glass
B93 door edge guards
D55 console
D80 spoiler equipment (front & rear)
G80 positraction, 4.10 ratio
J52 brakes (front disc brakes)
M21 4-speed transmission
U17 special instrumentation (required the ordering of a console. It included the tach, clock, fuel, oil, amp, and temperature gauges.)
U63 AM radio
VE3 special front bumper
Z21 style trim group (Chrome roof drip rails, quarter panel louvers, wheel well moldings, chrome headlight rings, blacked out rocker sill)
Z23 special interior group (Special steering wheel, Bright pedal trim, Woodgrain dash molding, Dash assist handle)
Z28 special and equipment

It's not supposed to have:
