Red GTO + young driver = an ass hurting by an old man in a H/C Vette. Wasn't even close, 5 car lengths by 70. It's been awhile! Wife being pissed.....so worth it.

If the race is not won by 70mph, I have no desire to screw someone to my hood by tring to show off at unsafe speeds. At 70 I can stop in 116 feet (tried it at an autocross event) I am all done by 70 (on the street) that is. I have yet to run it on the 1/4, but I am sure I will get the boot. My buddy has the same mods as I do (infact I did the copy cat thing) and he has run as low as a 10.81 on sticky Toyos. Dynoed 481/448 on a Dynojet. The NX is next.

I'm gonna go with vette lol

Had a run in with some kind of talon, had a front mount for sure, was getting on highway and around 40 I see the talon change lanes and come flying up behind me WOT in the other lane. I wait till hes a couple cars back and punch it and stop his pull. He let out as I was coming back around him lol

Cant wait to run into these people and make it a fair race, and I know chasing is racing but I'm not gonna let him just blow my doors off and think he murdered me in this SUPERFAST RACE CAR, i think im gonna have quite a few kills lol

Yes, wasn't even close, 2 people in his car, just me in mine. I thought he missed a shift, he said he didn't and could not believe he had his ass passed to him like that. I am guess he was giving up only about 100hp to me. I too was very surprised it wasn't much closer, he was squarely in my rear view mirror so I am guessing at least 5 car lengths before we both pulled out.

Btw, those Talons were pretty quick stock. Wonder what he had under the hood??

I'm still amazed how I basically never lose. I dunno if they arn't taking me seriously, or if my 3300# raceweight with me in the car helps make up for the 2.xx gears.

I'm half tempted to leave the engine alone, grab a stall and gears and a 100 shot and upset ALOT of people on the street.
