brodix didnt make cup heads in the late 90s..from 97 till last yr nascar ran sb2.2 heads they still do but just run sb2.2 set for 4.5 bore spacing motors..before that they ran sb2 heads which was 93 or 94-96..before that was 18s..brodix did make a spin off of the pontiac 867 heads which was a nascars 23 degree head.they where raised runner an could be rolled from 23 degrees to 18 degrees..brodix -10 raised runners heads are copys of them heads.
my -8s are just as good as a 80s cup head an the -10s are to if they where ported..if i was sticking with sbc i could get sb2.2's for 2k..but im really thinkin bbc with rhs 360s or profiler 320s heads,sniper intake,1 fogger with 400 in it,14-1 comp,1250 dom,huge n2o roller cam..with a 496 i should be around 900-1000hp n/a then switch to a 565ci if im still wanting to race.

sb2.2s an sb2's are big fuckers to..thats a dart 227 head sitting in the middle..2 outside heads are sb2's

yep the cup ones should be a raised runner one so they are not just reg -10s they are more like the 10x or 10ri heads..a worked over none raised runner -10 can get 330cfm or so with alot of work..moving pinch area,welding and raising floors an such.

some people been asking for updates..stang is just sitting and i been gaining parts the last month..seeing pretty much she just needs wiring and paint mostly..
heres just some stuff k-mem for the stang came in..i already had a aje one in it but only down fall was it being for a sbf..I was just going to put motor plates in her but at this point money is getting tight and it was cheaper for me to just buy a new k mem an stuff.. ![]() And my heads are in..just some junk brodix -10 heads already converted over for lt1...i have to clean up the back side of the throat on these seeing they had down nozzle in them at one point..with them needing cleaning they still flow 280 give or take..once i fix the problem should be a solid 300cfm....Oh yeah hopefuly these keep up with there lt1 record setting history seeing they did come off the first 8 second n2o lt1 car ![]() ![]() An last a box of more junk,nextek springs good for .750 lift,tit retianers,10 degree locks and some stainless valves. ![]() intake setup,,worked 750,holley strip dom intake,cheater plate an a spacer for testing..almost a foot tall ![]() Sfi flex plate,3 gal fuel cell,car will have a front mount fuel system with holley black pump doing motor and n2o work.,msd dizzy nothing special,scoripion offset rockers 1.65,timing chain seeing the one i had wouldnt work,an reg for n2o. ![]() My bullet cam..still have to get the front hole pluged welded and re drilled so i can make it work in the lt1. ![]()

if you buy the -8s i have for around 1k you could have a nice set of heads.
repair is 150-250 valve is 25$ converting is 350-400$ but with one needing welding already the combined cost would be probley 550-600$ selling heads on here for 350$

you can send them back to brodix and have them fix them..the price qoute is unknown for them because you have to send them to them first.
rich of ram racing told me 200$ the guy who fixed chris evans burnt up head which was way worse said around 150$ the guy i bought them from engine guy told him 250$ i can take them to rad auto machine and see what he says i have to see if he can do my cam for me anyways. When converting over to a lt1 they have to drill the chambers,widen the water pass and put a different oil pass in the head and weld them anyways thats why it cost so much for the conversion..then they deck them after of course.
