ya gotta admit though, did you ever think you would see the day when there was a 300HP V6? What was the 2.8, like 130? And rumor is they are raising the bar even higher because Ford i bringing out a 300+ HP V6 for the Mustang next year that gets over 30MPG. I think the V6 war is going to be the hot thing for next few years.

Probably not just a few years. If gas prices go back through the roof we are sure to see the second death of the V8. I've even heard it suggested that the 'vette may go V6 one day.
