Do you think you really need the 1 7/8"? I'm not doubting just curious. I thought about it before for myself or at least stepping mine and going with a 3.5" collector.

if i get heads then i will be far past the efficiency and port scavaging of a 1 3/4 primary. so id say yeah. But not all motors breath as much air. i have 812cc per cylinder. a 350 has 715. thats a big enough difference for me to dump the "350" 1 3/4 headers.

Mines 832cc/cyl maybe I should look into it more, esp. with the new heads going past 200cfm. I have a couple sets of headers here from the modified that have Stahl patterns.

different exhaust
poly motor mounts or solid
but the most important and #1 on the list next year is a stall converter.
