Rear LS1 calipers
Is it safe to remove the counter weights from the calipers? Mine have the weights on em and I was told I could but I like to get 2nd opinions.

LS1 calipers have the weights too?!?!? Fuck those things. i HATE LS1 rear brakes. that ebrake setup Sucks!

Well I dont really see why theyre needed. Theyre big and bulky too. And yes kevin thats the hockey puck things.

Well after doing some research and looking around for numbers I have a set of PBR brakes from a LT1 car. Looks like I can run 15's again! lol
