when my friend went down to florida he said they do that shit all the time down there and there will be a cop that monitors it and a lot of the time he is a gearhead with his own car that you can challenge. So you can actually "race the cops". Pretty cool if you ask me

and if they were smart theyd charge a small fee and make some INCOME instead of pulling everyone over for stupid shit. id GLADLY! pay for that then have some dick faced asshole in office make some law just to generate revenue.
