FREE - SB350 Engine
The Good = free engine!!!!!
Numbers are: 3970010 block casting Partial VIN on pad is not readable Above oil filter: 010 020 158 (??? tough to read) I decoded this as Flint-made 1974 350. I could be wrong. I'll let you confirm. The BAD: This engine was buried in my back yard for at least the past 18 years. Yup, just dug it out today. It's rusty & ugly & packed with dirt. One head missing, intake manifold missing, exhaust manifolds missing. If there's no interest by next weekend, it's going to the dump (which is most likely where it belongs). |

UPDATE:
I pulled the pan and it has 2-bolt mains. I'll just junk it. |

Why did someone bury an engine in your back yard?
