Klab, just buy a drag car and leave yours the way it is. I really can't remember seeing a cleaner lt1 thats a driver and not just a show car.

Thanks guys, its gonna stay a street car for sure. Thinking 24x and cam, maybe ported heads. Mid - low 11 sec street car. Just gotta do up the engine bay, its gross under the hood lol. I'd like to do the LS1 dash / ebony swap with the 24x swap so its just an LT1 controlled by a newer system, its really tough to t decide with how mint my interior is, but its ugly light grey ;(

no cam, just leave it be, its more impressive as a mid 12 full weight bolt on lt1!

just build an ls if your gonna go heads and cam, it would be silly not to i feel, extra 100 hp lol

So spend 3k plus to do an LS1 swap, then 3k for heads and cam, vs 2k for LT1 heads and cam..

It should be low 12s if I keep it bolt on only and do the few more things I have in mind.
