Tough one...... I would keep the wife, get the Nova. As they say... out with the old, in with the new. Tell your wife your need to change cars satisfies your urge to trade her in for another model. I say, if you have to sleep in a car, it mine-as-well be a nice one.

That doesn't seem outrageous for a racing built BBC. If that's what you really want/need.

568 BBC just shy of 600 hp on engine dyno.( what owner claims)
2 bolt mains (yikes).
the aluminum block will shed at least 300 lbs off the front.
and with the roller set up im looking at 675 HP.
hence making the car even quicker and safer.
But first i gotta Get the car lol.

Ahhh, makes sense then. Any idea what the current motor makes for power?

Better be easy on the first launch if you drag it, dont wanna rip the rear bumper off with the missing front weight lol

At first i was thinking go big and looked at this
http://www.ultrastreet.net/engines/6...isted_sr20.php
Heck I just might get a decent BBC with all forged internals and put an 871 BDS Blower on it.
I have a good amount in my Mad money fund to do any of this lol.
Of course the wife doesnt know about it .
