Thanks! It took a while to find a place since we wanted to keep the kid in the same school. It also took some convincing to get my wife to like the place because right now it's in very rough shape and looks run down. In time though, it should be great with enough room to easily store all 3 Camaros.

Thanks! The deal isn't done yet though and if someone comes through with a better offer, Wells Fargo can still drop me like a rock.

They made me sign a bunch of papers saying they could still sell it to someone else if a higher offer comes through.

After the closing date, if it goes through.....time to celebrate.....maybe. The place is still a 3 year vacant foreclosure that needs a roof, siding, rotted out deck, driveway, etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. etc.
