Hell ya!!! I was thinking of going with that turbo but decided a little bigger. Your car is a lot faster now with that???? I just dropped the motor out of mine actually wasnt as bad as i thought it was.

that looks like a SHIT LOAD more work then it would have been threw the top. LS's come out pretty easy threw the top. just pull the intake and rad/ac condenser. nice work none the less out the bottom with no lift!

You would be shocked man it was very easy to come out the bottom plus i have a new k member to use. 6 bolts and it comes out of the bottom.....6 bolts, strut mounts, obviously all the wires. Id say a total of 6 hours and it was out. Those hours included removing the torque arm, trans crossmember.

hell yea man thats how i dropped my lt out it was fairly simple took me 9.5 hours ,though my pass long tube header was real tight and stuck what a pita it was !!! yes since ive added the changes the car runs way faster and pulls way harder also added a huge front mount and solid one piece piping > do get some lag as to the garrett t-60 spooled fast and had no lag kind of liked the t-60 for my setup better but wont no till the spring when i can really test it . Might throw it back on to see the difference now that i have plenty of fuel. Doug cant wait to see ur car this year when u think ull be done ? do u need a hand also?

I gotta go for a rip in yours. I'm glad your happy with the set up!!!! You should run e85? I bought 120lb injectors and just gotta figure out my fuel set up...Tripple 255's i think.......I'll let you know if i need a hand. But anyone is more than welcome to come hang out theres always beers at the garage haha. I want it done by april. Its just the transmission thats slowing me down not cheap....rear is basically set motor is just waiting for my new control arms to go with the tubular K member then my buddy is doing the cage with the piping. He bought a bender and we are doing a 4-5" downpipe out either the front bumper or right behind the fender.
