They just changed the rule in 2008 when the new system came up. I guess they just don't care because it's free advertising for them. I got tired of throwing so many frames in the trash! lol

thats why u always say i dont want any decals/plate frames on my car...they tried to do it at the place i bought my car from and i said dont even think about it lol

I also ment it in a "when the cars 15 years old the stickers wont be in as good a shape as they were". I cant tell you how many hours Ive spent trying to get them stupid letters of my old cars.
