I think the guy did the right thing by not retaliating then. Good move on his part because he can completely say he got abused. But if the guy just kept hitting he could have tried to break the beer bottle over his head and slice his wrists with a broken shard of glass, or smash the mirror and use that. FREE WEAPON SPAWN!

"Despite the order, police last night went to the club about 7 p.m. and found it open for business. They ordered the staff to close and will alert the commission about the opening."

I wonder what will come from this... Complete disregard of court order should definitely help them when they appeal the decision
