A couple good shots from the day

Just shows you how wet and dark it was, this was late morning almost lunch time

Starting to have some fun as we catch a break in the rain for a couple hours and the puddle at least dry up

In the bowl, this is a lot of fun

Coming up on this slow group, I ended up passing all of them

Pulling away from this scooby

I did get passed by this 350z surprisingly.

Dont know whats goin on here I dont remember ever even seeing an elise on the track but I do remember I passed this blue miata a bunch of times.

Final session. Wet and slick, but I'm still pushing it nearly as hard as the dry sessions.

No real requirements, just as long as your car is safe. I would highly suggest some real good brake pads and fluid though.

Also no competition license needed. They advertise these as driving schools.

You get 4 30 minute sessions (although they go really quickly when your out there.) and it costs 275 at this club.

If I had a stock car though I'd run with www.comscc.com. They are only 225$ and they take 100$ off your first time out.

Not a bad deal when you consider other options. Racing school like skip barber 5k for 3 days. Autox only gives you about 15minutes of actual driving time for about $50, or about 10 1+ minute laps.

What club did you go out with this trip?

I've looked into com and definitely plan on heading out with them sometime. Our Subaru was raced with them all the time before we bought it so I know a bunch of the regulars there. Been dying to get out and try it myself.

I was out there with SCDA www.scda1.com

I would race with COM but they have a stupid class system that because of my engine swap requires a ton of safety equipment.
