Default Hitting the track Friday night!! Finally

Well its been a long 1.5 years since I hit the track last. Last time out was right after my son Nathan was born and I ripped off a 10.84 pass. That was April of 2012. Then the hot weather came in so I decided to rebuild the front suspension with all new front lower A arm bushings, ball joints, tie rod ends and installed a set of Lakewood 90/10s and different springs. Outback I installed a set of Comp Eng 3 way adjustables with stock springs with the rubber isolator removed. Right after that happend the stock motor finally let go which brought on a whole winter of engine issues if you remember.

Finally after all the B.S the car is ready to rock. The 10.84 pass was with a worn out motor and the tune was pretty much the same tune it had when Don had it with the six speed and smaller cam. So now that its running good and I have changed up a few little things I really believe it has a 10.50 in it in good air. This Friday its going to be nice out down here. In the low 70s at night and roughly 73% humidity. Not bad for September. I did have the car out last Saturday and used a little of the giggle gas and either I forgot how quick it was or the car is totally different then before. LOL!!! Anyway wish me luck and I will post up how I do.
